REFUND POLICY

Please carefully consider your schedule, commitment to training, and your dog before registering for class.  We limit our class size to ensure quality.  By enrolling, you are reserving a space in one of our courses.

A FULL REFUND will be provided if we receive a written request, 7 days before the start-date of the enrolled class.  Classes are limited and that allows time for us to fill your spot.  After the start of the first class, no refund will be given, but the student may be transferred to another class with their dog or given credit to attend another session.  All credits for classes must be used within a year from the date of issuing.  Refunds or credits will not be issued for students who miss class because of vacations or dropping out.  We do not offer refunds, credits or "make-ups" for missed classes.
